Terms of Business

By booking or using our services you accept our terms and conditions of trading. We have set up these terms and conditions so we can provide our customers with the best possible service and to inform customers how we operate.

1.0 Our Cleaning Method:

To clean your windows we use the water fed pole system. Water is purified using a 4 stage filtration process, we produce this water at our base which is then transported in a tank inside our vans, once we arrive at your property this water is pumped through hoses and a telescopic pole with a brush, this is used to scrub the dirt off your windows, the window is given a final rinse and is left to dry naturally, once all the water has evaporated the window will be left clean.

We use this method to clean windows up to 40ft, however we cannot removed stubborn staining such as, paint, lead staining, plaster, concrete, cement, mortar, silicone etc. If the UPVC frames, sills, soffits or gutters and fascia's of your property have UV bleaching, please be aware that pure water will not be effective at removing this.

We can only clean windows where there is a clear line of sight, some recesses or angles cannot be cleaned. Conservatory windows are included with the regular window cleaning service, conservatory roofs, skylights or Velux windows can be cleaned at an additional charge.

1.1 Initial visit - Window Cleaning:

We do not charge to cover the additional time taken on the initial clean, please be aware we are a regular service. If you only require a one-off window clean, please inform us via email or phone as this will incur an extra charge.

1.2 Gutter Clearing:

A specialist wet/dry gutter vacuum is used to clear out the guttering, this is done safely from the ground. Our gutter clearing system can clear out guttering up to 30ft, we will need access to a power socket. Low level gutters maybe cleared using step ladders. We can only clear guttering that has access, if the guttering is covered by roof tiles preventing us from getting the equipment into the gutter then it cannot be cleared, our equipment can go into the top of the downpipe if there are no screws or anything else preventing access, however if there is a blockage further down we won’t be able to unblock it. We do not dismantle the guttering or downpipes.

1.3 Access to your Property:

We will try to notify you of our visit the day before your scheduled clean. If we are unable to access any part of your property/premises due to locked gates etc. we will only clean the accessible areas. If we deem it safe to do so, our operators will gain access to your property by unbolting your access gate. If you do not wish us to do this, please contact us via phone or email. If we need to enter your neighbour’s property/premises to clean your windows please confirm that you have their permission.

1.4 How often will we visit:

Our usual schedule for a maintenance clean is every 4 weeks. We ask for some flexibility on time scales due to other factors beyond our control. We can offer an 8 weekly schedule, however this will incur an additional charge due to the extra cleaning involved.
